Saudi prince orders to release all Pakistanis detained for sloganeering in Masjid-e-Nabwi (SAW). State head Shehbaz Sharif had mentioned the Saudi administration to deliver the Pakistanis associated with the occurrence. He expressed gratitude toward the Saudi crown ruler for requesting the arrival of the Pakistanis.

The Madina Munawwara court had condemned seven Pakistanis on various counts. Khawaja Luqman, Muhammad Afzal and Ghulam Muhammad were granted eight-year sentence while Anas, Arshad and Muhammad Saleem were granted six-year sentence.

Also, Tahir Malik was given over three-year discipline. He was additionally fined 10,000 riyals.
